The early-bird window gives families an extra reason to order quickly while keeping the experience approachable for the whole program.
Bought an Early Bird Gallery Credit and changed your mind? You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as you haven't used the credit to buy anything and your student or athlete came to picture day. After 30 days, once the credit has been used, or if the student or athlete missed picture day, the credit can't be refunded.

Each family receives access to a private gallery to preview before purchase, with discounts and early-bird credits. Bought an Early Bird Gallery Credit and changed your mind?
